As our company grows and the world around us changes, it is important that our employees are also allowed to take time to relax with their families.

The decision to cancel pickups on certain holidays did not come lightly, as we strive to provide easily accessible composting for everyone in our community year-round.

Out of respect for our employees, we believe this change is necessary. Our drivers work exceptionally hard every day of the year, and deserve this time off to be with loved ones.

What if my pickup falls on a holiday you are closed?

If your pickup falls on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day and you would like a credit, please contact us via phone or email, and we will issue a partial credit to your next bill equivalent to the missed pickup. Requests for a credit must be submitted before the holiday has passed.

We will not be rescheduling these pickups. Please contact our office if you have any questions or concerns regarding holiday closures.
